Richardson's is my local dealer. Where I buy my vehicles and get all service done. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Came in for them to put in a remote car starter. They gave me a time frame of 1-1.5 hrs. I ended up being there for 3. After I came to them, they explained what was happening. If I knew it was going to be that long, I would have got dropped off, or asked for a car to borrow. This was my first trip to this service center, so I can't compare. I will give them another try though. The facility and waiting room are nice though.

Nicole in service handled my carshield claim to ensure they followed through with coverage. All fees were explained clearly. The repairs were completed, as described. I was without my vehicle for 2 weeks but wasn't offered a loaner vehicle (this would've been nice) When completed, Nicole had my vehicle delivered to my home (greatly appreciated)

Great bunch of guys there great to work with but! Didn't care that I had to finde references what's that about still upset and the fact they thrue in gap insurance without asking had to clear that up still don't like going thrue the process!
